Hi, I'm Maddi!
I'm an illustrator based in Richmond, Virginia, graduating from VCU Arts in the spring of 2026 with a BFA in Communication Arts. I work in both digital and traditional mediums, and sometimes a combination of the two.
Someone once told me that my art feels like exploring an old bookshop on a rainy day. Like an old bookshop, I hope my artwork takes people on an adventure, with lots of little hidden details to explore. I love the intricacy and intentionality of old buildings and vintage design. I strive bring this same thoughtfulness to my own art, combining historical inspiration with dynamic, playful characters that modern audiences can relate to.
